We offer 5 differnt license tiers that cover just about any type of use. Please see our licenses page for all of the details & restrictions, including the full license agreements. We would also be happy to guide you to the orrect license for your specific production(s) - Just ask us today!


How long does it take to get my download order?
Download orders are processed immediately and unless there are authorization problems with your payment method, you should receive a download email within a few minutes of completing your order. If not, contact us with your name, email and the transaction code and we'll check it out.


How long does it take to get my CD order?
CD orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped using the method you specified in the cart check-out process. Delivery times vary depending on your location. USPS First-Class Mail (FREE) in the Continental US usually takes 3-6 business days. If you haven't received your order in the expected time, contact us with your name, email and the transaction code and we'll check it out.



What's included in each order?
Each download order includes a 100-Year Synchronization License (A, B, C, D or E depending on your use), full-resolution 16-bit/44.1kHz .WAV masters and 128kbps .mp3 audio files. There's no tax and no charge for the download.

Each physical CD (data CD-ROM) order includes a license (like above), the audio masters (like above), and FREE USPS First-Class shipping (expedited shipping available in cart). To keep costs/prices low, our CDs are delivered in a plain, recyclable sleeve and mailer.


What methods of payment do you accept?
Our secure ordering/fulfillment system, provided by Plimus, accepts payments by most major Credit Cards, PayPal, Phone, FAX, Wire Transfers, or by Company/Personal Check (some forms of payment will delay processing). For custom license orders, we accept Credit Cards and Direct Cash Payments through PayPal, or Checks by postal mail.

Where do you get your music?
We collect our music from the most talented independent composers, bands, solo artists and record labels on the globe. You'll find music on Primary Elements that's not available anywhere else, and at very competitive prices. If there's a style of music you can't find, please submit a request to our Producers' Wish List.


Where are your "GrooveElements" Flash music loops?
Currently, our famous GrooveElements™ loops are only available as Bonus Loops on certain Royalty-Free CD Collections. Check out our SpotMagic and ExtremeCuts CDs, and there are also some loopable tracks on our InfiniteLoops CD. Need something looped? We can help!


What is "Royalty-Free" or "Buy-Out" music license?
In a nutshell, Royalty-Free Buy-Out music means you only pay once!

With one payment for a particular market use (using one of our 5 licenses), you are cleared to use the music as many times as you want, for 100 years, without having to ever pay any additional fees, such as royalties to writers, composers or musicians, as long as you don't use the music beyond what the original license grants.

Our licenses don't grant you ownership of the music and the copyright remains with the original composer/publisher, but you can use the music as much as you want!
