Please use our Artist Media Upload Tool to upload your 16-bit/44.1kHz (or higher) track masters.  When possible, please include the artist name and title of your track in the filename. (ex. "Artist Name - Title of the Track.wav")  We recommend zipping a handful of files at a time and using multiple file slots in the upload tool, rather than creating a single giant zip with all of your files.

Note: You can upload files up to 240MB each, and a total of 640MB for each upload session (start a new upload for additional files).  For larger submissions, please consider using the Anon FTP or CD methods below.  You can also use a service such as YouSendIt.com, Box.net or TransferBigFiles.com, etc.  Send these transfer files to artists@primaryelements.com.

You can also upload a document with any track META information (title, duration, genre, description, etc.), but this additional information is not required.

CD

You may also mail us your full-res (16-bit / 44.1kHz) music masters on Audio CD or a Data CD-R/CD-ROM.  If sending a CD-R/ROM, please format your files as uncompressed .AIF or .WAV files and make sure you include your name, email address and the title of each track in your submission package.

If you want your CD back, you must contact us first to make arrangements.

We will evaluate your material and let you know (by email) if we would like to represent your tracks on the service (more info below).

Please sign up for a FREE PayPal Personal or Business Account (if you don't already have one) so you can accept your Pe Artist Commission Payments!

If a PayPal account is not available in your country, we can arrange to mail you a paper check for each payment instead, but which may require a $5 per payment fee, per our Artist Agreement.

Please complete our online Pe Artist Agreement & Account Info form.

After reviewing your submission, agreement and account info, we'll email you a list of the tracks we would like to represent on Pe along with your official Pe Artist ID.

Please be patient and wait for a response before moving to Step 5, as we get quite a few submissions.

If you submitted material in the past and have since changed your email address, please contact us with your updated info.

Please wait to hear back from us before moving on to Step 5

After you receive our acceptance email listing the tracks we would like to represent and CD Collections we want to build with your tracks, please reply and confirm your acceptance.  We will then provide pricing information for any CD Collections, which you will need to reply and approve to before we can post your tracks.

Upon acceptance, we will prepare your tracks and post them to the service ASAP. This may take some time, but we'll email you as soon as your music is live!
