Primary Elements, the
first indie royalty free music licensing
service on the web, is the brainchild of Mark Lindsey, Pe's Creative Director and
a Music Composer / Pro Audio & Media services contractor.
Launched in 1998, Pe has slowly grown from what
was essentially a side project, into a full-time
commercial buyout royalty free music library,
offering affordable production music downloads, royalty free CDs and Flash loops with a quick and convenient interface.
Sourcing
unique, top-shelf music from
composers & indie
record labels from around the globe, most of our
royalty free tracks are
not available anywhere else. Our popular buyout royalty free CD Collections,
many of which include bonus music loops that
work great in Flash, are all exclusive to Primary
Elements, although from time to time we do offer
special discounted auctions on
eBay.
This
is primarily due to our 5 flexible 100-year multi-use
royalty free music synchronization licenses,
which cover just about any type of use imaginable,
ranging from media student demo reel projects,
to worldwide broadcast & feature film productions.
When a specific use isn't listed in one of our licenses,
we're always happy to negotiate a custom music license

where we can take licensed tracks and slice and dice

Ordering from
Pe is a breeze! All of our production music library licenses include
a full-resolution, 16-bit, 44.1kHz WAV audio master,
in addition to a 128kbps mp3 file - Drop the mp3 into
your iPod for your co-producers and clients to preview!
If
you need to spot the music in
your production before committing to a music license,
then we've got you covered there as well -- Just find
the music you're
interested in using our pull-down menus or keyword music search,
then play the track using our custom-designed Flash
music player and look for the temp track download link
at the bottom of the pop-up window. Our full-length
128k mp3 spotting tracks have copy-deterrent beeps on
them just like our online previews, but the timing
is the same and they are high enough quality to present
to your co-producers or clients without being embarrassed.
If you don't need temp track music downloads but would like
to direct someone else to a specific track, just find
the production music you're interested
in and then right-click on the Track ID to copy the
direct URL -- You can email this link freely and share
your selection with anyone.
